So the running has been happening in bits and pieces. Work has been really busy at the moment, and this is the excuse I'm sticking to. Things will get better. Another 21km on Saturday! I managed to do one about three weeks ago. Slowly but done!
This weeks 21 will also be slow, but the course is supposdly a little easier, so I might be a little quicker, not that that is the goal. The goal is to go out and enjoy it.
I think tomorrow morning could be met with a run....
